Ejiro Gigi Daniels, a media and social change advocate, founded WEiN—a nonprofit aiming to address gender inequality by empowering women to collaboratively shape policies, structures, and decisions in all aspects of life and society.
Fostering gender empowerment
We implement programs that aim to inspire, empower, educate and advocate for greater representation of women in leadership positions in the public/private sector and across all career fields.
We are a process-driven gender empowerment organization and we reach out to a contributory associate pool of accomplished women and men in all fields viz: management, business, politics, public service and even home makers. We collaborate with credible local and international organizations to deliver programs that has positive influence on women.

A passionate advocate for social change, seasoned motivational speaker, and host with experience working alongside the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. She has received awards, including the Rotary International Award for Excellence in mentoring women and youths.
Nominated for the National Diversity Awards, she champions women’s rights and is affiliated with various organizations promoting empowerment, skills acquisition, personal growth, development, and gender equality. Outside work and community duties, EJ enjoys music, cooking, traveling, movies, fine dining, event hosting, and networking. A friendly, empathetic, and meticulous person, she values diligence and excellence in all endeavors, prioritizing quality time with family and a love for food.

Weinations ensure women-led organisations as much as possible.
We do recognize that in, various contexts, this might not always be possible. In that case, Weinations endeavor to bring in local partners that have plans to tackle gender inequity in their communities, but also within their own organisation.
Local knowledge and activism is crucial if we are genuinely address the need of women in their community.
